The Young New Development Group was founded in 2020 by Joshua Young, after spending 10 years in brokerage and another 10 in development, including work with some of New York City’s most successful developers and contributions to shaping the city’s skyline.

Together with Dominique Ramirez, who helped build and lead the team from its early stages, the group has evolved into a highly effective, collaborative partnership. Through a shared focus on strategy, execution, and client service, they have consistently won and delivered on major assignments.

As a team, they successfully leased The Maybury for the Gotham Organization, a 450+ unit mixed-income development in Hudson Yards, were selected as the exclusive marketing and sales agent for 175 East 82nd Street, a 73-unit condominium for Douglaston Development, and have been brought on to consult and lease up Vornado’s first multifamily project in the Penn District, along with large-scale developments for Atlas Capital, The Rockefeller Group, and Tavros Capital.

By partnering with Bess Freedman, CEO of Brown Harris Stevens, and Matt Leone, CMO, we have expanded our capabilities and resources with the full support of the Brown Harris Stevens organization including tapping into a network of thousands of the top brokers in the industry.

Our expertise extends well beyond marketing, leasing, and sales.  We provide support for construction coordination, value engineering, MEP planning and systems, and amenity and management programming adding value to every essential step of the development process.

On the brokerage side, we offer a deep bench of experienced brokers who have worked extensively in new development across both sales and rentals. We manage the process, from listings and showings to contract and lease signing and compliance, ensuring every transaction meets all NYS, NYC, REBNY, and Federal housing requirements.
