Dominique Ramirez is Co-Founder and Director of Operations of YNDG Young New Development Group at Brown Harris Stevens, which she launched with partner Joshua Young in 2023. She oversees operations and project execution for major new developments in New York and South Florida, advising developers from the earliest stages of a project through lease-up and sell-out. Her work covers predevelopment strategy, unit mix and pricing, market analysis, and marketing execution for luxury rental and condominium buildings.

She pairs detailed market research with hands-on leasing and sales strategy. She builds the comp analyses, absorption models, and pricing frameworks that shape a building before it breaks ground, then turns that work into launch plans and the systems that carry a project through stabilization.

Dominique is currently guiding the planning, design, and launch strategy for 175 East 82nd Street, a 72-residence Upper East Side condominium by Douglaston Development projected to average more than $3,000 per square foot.

Most recently, she led the lease-up of The Maybury, a 456-unit mixed-use rental in Hudson Yards for the Gotham Organization, which reached 95% leased in under ten months at average rents above $100 per square foot. She managed the leasing team, pricing strategy, marketing, reporting systems, and operating procedures, working closely with ownership through stabilization.

Before that, she led the lease-up of 115 East 55th Street, a 58-unit luxury rental by Zeckendorf Development and AmTrust RE. She finished it in five months at an average above $110 per square foot and built its leasing, marketing, and compliance infrastructure, including automated systems that streamlined operations.

Dominique joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2021 and was named Rising Star of the Midtown Office in Fall 2022. Her background spans commercial and residential real estate. She was a Marketing and Research Associate at MHP Real Estate Services and Operations Manager at GetCharged, Inc., where she led strategy, investor relations, and market expansion. She began her career with the New York Mets in finance and accounting operations.

A born-and-raised Upper East Sider, she brings deep local knowledge to every project she takes on.
