Dominique Ramirez is an accomplished real estate expert who oversees operations and project execution for major new developments in New York and South Florida. A born-and-raised Upper East Sider, she brings deep local knowledge and a hands-on approach to managing complex projects.

As Director of Operations for the Young New Development Team at Brown Harris Stevens, Dominique plays a pivotal role in managing large-scale rental and condominium projects, driving strategy, systems, and execution.

Most recently, she served as Project Manager for a 456-unit mixed-use rental in Hudson Yards for the Gotham Organization, which achieved 95% leased in under ten months at average rents exceeding $100 per square foot. She managed the leasing team, pricing strategy, marketing, reporting systems, and operational procedures, working closely with leadership through execution and stabilization.

She also plays an integral role in the marketing of a major condominium development for Douglaston Development, projected to average over $3,000 per square foot, guiding its planning, design, and launch strategy.

Previously, Dominique led the lease-up of 115 East 55th Street, a 58-unit luxury rental by Zeckendorf Development and AmTrust RE. She completed the lease-up in just five months, averaging over $110 per square foot, while building the leasing, marketing, and compliance infrastructure, including automated systems that streamlined operations.

Dominique joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2021 and was named Rising Star of the Midtown Office in Fall 2022. Her background spans commercial and residential real estate: she served as a Marketing and Research Associate at MHP Real Estate Services, Operations Manager at GetCharged, Inc. (leading strategy, investor relations, and market expansion), and began her career with the New York Mets in finance and accounting operations.
